Fine lines & wrinkles
Post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation
What will my treatment involve?
The MILLION DOLLAR©️ Facial starts with an in-depth skin analysis so your exact requirements can be addressed in your treatment.
Before every treatment clients will meet Caresse for a confidential one to one consultation to discuss their specific aims and goals.
All clients will be given an unbiased, open, honest, and realistic treatment plan which will give them time to ask any questions or raise any concerns before a period of cooling off time to consider everything discussed before committing to any services offered.
The service provided by Fancy Academy Limited doesn’t stop after the treatment, full information on aftercare will be provided and Caresse will always be available to answer any questions or concerns during the healing process and follow up appointments will always be made available.
The treatment combines dermaplaning, lymphatic massage, micro needling and ends with a fabulous hyaluronic acid mask. All rolled into 1 treatment. (These treatments can of course be broken down and performed separately.)
This method heavily increases the absorption of any active ingredients by 80% as opposed to 8%, this is why we use a hyaluronic acid mask for maximum results and that wonderful afterglow! It is the epitome of luxury with MILLION DOLLAR©️ results.
But what is dermaplaning, lymphatic massage and microneedling – and what can it do for me?
What is Dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a super effective exfoliating treatment in which your facialist uses a surgical scalpel to gently scrape off any dead skin cells on the surface of the skin and any peach fuzz on the face.
The build-up of dead skin and microscopic hairs can make the skin appear dull, flaky and can even cause breakouts due to clogged pores and hair follicles. This is why dermaplaning is highly recommended nowadays to maintain an even, healthy glow to the skin.
Don’t just trust anyone for this procedure – Dermaplaning should be carried out by a licensed professionally trained technician to ensure the best and safest results. Most importantly: Never try this at home!! Here at Fancy we are advanced level technicians, fully insured and licenced to carry out this procedure.
But won’t my hair grow back thicker?
No, it’s a myth that hair growth back thicker or darker. The hair structure will remain the same as before – it is impossible to change the hair’s structure. However, your skin may appear brighter and smoother, so any hair that grows back may be more noticeable. It is a trick of the eye due to the benefits of the treatment!
What is lymphatic massage?
Lymphatic massage is a fantastic treatment which has been around for many years, and it’s multiple benefits are always widely documented, especially when it comes to skincare and addressing acne. When used in conjunction with topical acne products, lymphatic massage of the face and décolletage area can be highly effective due to its ability to prevent sluggish circulation and remove unwanted toxins. This reduces puffiness and keeps our complexion healthy. Here are the benefits of Lymphatic massage:
Congestion free skin
Reduction of scar tissue
Promotes the feeling of relaxation and well-being
What is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a dermaroller procedure, that uses small needles to prick the skin. The purpose of treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin. Microneedling is mostly used on the face and may treat various scars, wrinkles, stretch marks and large pores.
How does microneedling work?
The skin is like a photocopier and copies the damage that is left behind from trauma such as acne marks/scars/stretch marks. Dermaroller is a way of reprogramming the skin and changing the structure so it will repair the damage.
The treatment uses a roller covered with microscopic needles rolled over the area in four different directions. The tiny needles pierce the skin causing pinprick bleeding and mild inflammation, breaking the connections around the scarring, allowing the new blood cells to repair any damage, this causes the scar to flatten and reduce as the skin naturally renews.
This mild trauma also stimulates the collagen and elastin in the skin promoting the production of new skin cells which will help to strengthen, plump and tighten the skin. This helps to refine fine lines and wrinkles and improve the overall complexion of the skin. The treatment is suitable for all skin types.
The final stage of treatment – a Hyaluronic Mask
So, what is Hyaluronic Acid?
As we age the moisture level of our skin can drop dramatically, which makes the skin lose elasticity and expose the signs of aging. Hyaluronic Acid plays a critical role in skin health with its unique ability to hold in moisture. (1000ml of water per gram of hyaluronic acid). Hyaluronic Acid is also a ‘smart nutrient’ as it can adjust its moisture absorption rate based on the humidity – relative to the season and climate.
Right, so now you know all about the different stages of treatment, but what actual benefits will you see from the MILLION DOLLAR Facial©️?

How often can you do the Million Dollar Facial©️?
Clients can receive a Million Dollar Facial©️ every 4-6 weeks
As we are removing 3-4 weeks worth of dead skin cells it is very important to let the skin go through its healing cycle of 28 days
Skin needling results depend on inflammatory response and wound healing, whilst we see an immediate result, the skin will be giving ongoing results for weeks after it goes through the healing period
One treatment will get you feeling like a Million Dollars, however we recommend a course of 4-6, 4-6 weeks apart for optimum million dollar results.
What age do you have to be to have the Million Dollar Facial©️?
18+ is the legal age for this procedure ID will be required upon treatment.
Can you have the Million Dollar Facial©️ if your pregnant?
This treatment is not suitable for pregnant clients.
What can you expect immediately after the Million Dollar Facial©️treatment?
Your skin will be red after micro needling. Here is a before and after picture:
Using a good moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated will help minimise the redness, this will subside in 2-3 days.
Rough skin and visible marks. You may get a few lumps and bumps, but this is totally normal as your skin has been through an elective trauma.
Minimal micro needling downtime. The inflammatory effect of micro needling is short. Within just 12-24 hours, your skin should fade from red to pink and the swelling should go down, though you may experience some sensitivity for up to 48 hours.
Stay away from ibuprofen. Micro needling relies on your body’s natural inflammatory process to stimulate cell regeneration, so it is highly recommended that you stay away from anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen. These medications will interfere with your body’s recovery process and affect your results. Use a cool compress to soothe any discomfort or swelling.
Schedule your next appointment for 4-6 weeks. You can safely repeat the procedure every 4-6 weeks until you achieve your desired results. Caresse will advise you on what’s best for your skin.
So if you are ready to book then you can do so online here! We cannot recommend the benefits of the Million Dollar Facial©️ enough.
