You do not have permission to use this material for commercial purposes or re-publication without written consent from Fancy Academy Limited.

The information provided on this website is deemed to be accurate. However Fancy Academy Limited make no representation and give no warranty of any kind regarding the information provided.

Fancy Limited do not accept liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss which has arisen from reliance on information contained on the website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to instances such as death or personal injury caused by negligence on behalf of Fancy
Academy Limited.

The product’s description and specification listed on Fancy Academy Limited’s website is accurate at this current time however is subject to change. Whilst holding the right to make the changes, these changes will not materially affect the quality or performance of the products sold by Fancy Academy Limited.

Fancy Academy Limited are responsible for correcting any error appearing on the website or withdraw products from sale without incurring liability.
Price and availability are also subject to change without notice.

5. Ordering products
In order to successfully order products on this website an order form must be completed and submitted using the check-out procedure.
Fancy Academy Limited will confirm your order by email to the address you have provided us. The sending of this email has entered you into a contract with Fancy Academy Limited regardless of whether the email has been received or not.

Once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled changed or additions made, once the online form has been submitted the process of picking, packing and dispatching begins.

6. The price and payment
The price of the product listed on the website at the time of your order includes any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.
In addition to price of your products, you will have to pay for delivery charges which are quoted on the website. The delivery charge varies depending on the method of delivery, size of parcel and the delivery address you provide. The payment methods we accept are listed on the website, if a refund is required this can be refunded onto the original payment method.

Although care is taken in the quality of content on the website, there is potential for the website to have an error or mispriced products on occasion. In this event, you will be contacted by us to ask if you wish to cancel the order/course or cancel this order and notify you, at our own discretion. Fancy
Academy Limited are under no obligation to supply goods or training at the incorrect price. If you wish to order the products and pay on collection, the order will be held for 7 days to give you time to collect the products. If you have not collected your order within 7 days, we will cancel the
order.

7. Delivery of products
The method of delivery is dictated by you at the check-out, we can arrange for the products to be delivered to your chosen address and within the chosen time frame. However, we are not responsible for the exact time of delivery. If you do not take the delivery of the products, the cost of the products may be refunded to you. However, you are still responsible for paying the delivery charges. If an error occurs or any other delivery issue in respect of the products ordered, you will need to write to us within 7 days after the expected delivery date. If you have not written to us within 7 days we are not liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this. In the event that you receive a faulty product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Fancy Academy Limited will replace, refund or exchange any products that are deemed faulty at no cost to you. If you wish to return a faulty product you must return to the business address listed in section 2 for testing before a refund or exchange is issued. If the products are deemed
faulty, the cost of delivery to us will be refunded to you. If you do not notify us within the 14 days timeframe we are under no obligation to test, refund or exchange the products. It is your responsibility as the customer to check your products one received.

8. Cancelling orders
You may cancel your Fancy Academy order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The written cancellation must include the order number and reason for cancellation.  If you wish to cancel your order after the order has been dispatched, you may wish to return the products (unused) and at your own expense, we recommend you use the recorded delivery service. You are unable to cancel the order if you have opened the products containers or used the products, even if the products were sent in error. However your statutory rights in respect of quality of the products is not affected.

9. General
The products listed on the Fancy Academy Limited website are intended for sale.
The contracts (Rights of the third parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties. Contracts between Fancy and the customer shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have jurisdiction.

10. Discounts/promotions
Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes. Offers run 00:01-23:59 UK
time. If you have a problem with a code or making an order please email info@fancyacademylimited.co.uk during the promotional period so we can award you the discount. Free shipping offers are for the Mainland UK only and is our standard 3-5 day service.

11. Customs, taxes and other fees
International orders may be subject to Custom, Taxes and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of Fancy. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customers’ responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any Custom, Taxes and other fees incurred
prior to receiving the goods.

12. Professional products
When making an order we do not require you to send us your certification before completion. When you make an order, this constitutes that you are confirming to us that you are qualified and that Fancy Academy hold no liability for incorrect use due to not being professionally trained for the
products in question. Patch test guidelines It is recommended you patch test every client 24-48 hours prior to lash appointment by applying a
few lashes to each eye. However:
1. You are not required to patch test lash extension clients.
2. The client must be fully informed of the potential risks involved with lash adhesive reactions. This
must be documented and signed by the client and lash artist to confirm that they understand and
are happy to go ahead. The client should also be offered the option for a patch test if they have any
concerns.
3. You must follow your insurers’ guidelines.

Important: If your insurer says that you must follow the suppliers’ guidelines, revert to point 1. If your insurer requires that a patch test take place, we recommend patch testing every client 24-48 hours prior to lash appointment by applying a few lashes to each eye.

FANCY OFFICIAL TRAINING:
Cancellation Policy: Upon booking a Fancy Academy course your booking fee of £100.00 is non- refundable, if you cannot attend the course due to an emergency, Fancy Academy will move you onto another course date once. You have up to 7 days prior to the course date to advise Fancy
Academy of your cancellation or you will be charged 50% of the total course price.

Late arrival: If you are running late, please advise Fancy Academy as soon as possible. We can delay the start for up to 10 minutes. After that time the course will start without you.

If you do not turn up on the day of your course, a refund will not be given.

Rescheduling: If you would like to change the date of your course, please let us know as soon as possible (a minimum of 14 days prior) and we will attempt to get you onto an alternative course.

Cancellation by Fancy Academy: Fancy Academy holds the right to reschedule or cancel a course date if there are insufficient numbers booked or if circumstances arise that are out of our control. Fancy Academy will work with you to reschedule another course date. If no dates are suitable, Fancy
Academy will offer a full refund of any money paid towards the course. Fancy Academy will offer no further compensation such as travel or accommodation costs.
